The TL;DR version is that Yuuka is likely to tease your character in many ways, verbally and physically. It might be via insults or taunts, jokes or speaking in confusing ways (if the person is liable to be gullible or confused easily). There might even be some physical contact involved.
For Yuuka: I welcome all kinds of negative CR, whether from "hero" types or other antagonistic characters. Violence, death, physical and mental torture, etc. Bring it on! IMPORTANT NOTE: In-character actions will yield in-character consequences. Do not expect to do things to Yuuka and have her forget and/or NOT retaliate in some fashion. Consider this your warning!
Basic Abilities: She comes from a bullet hell game, so outside of strong physical attacks of no particular style, you can expect LOTS and LOTS of flower-patterned magical attacks. Of note, she can also make a copy of herself and attack that way, but it is only for a short period of time.
Weaknesses: Yuuka is a youkai first and a magician second. She has no defenses against mental attacks, illusions, and the like. She might be willful and stubborn enough to fall out of a trap like that, but it won't be easy. Her physical attacks are raw, and she lacks training, so anyone with any sort of formal martial art or close-combat experience might be able to evade or block attacks with ease. She relies purely on her strength, ferocity, and opening holes in her opponent's guard with distractions. Her movement speed is also one of the slowest, as she values power and a show of force over maneuverability and predicting enemy movements.
I humbly request that you would please fill this out for your characters, so that I know what my limits are OOCly and can either minimize IC contact with Yuuka avoid direct confrontations with her, or otherwise make arrangements for everyday playing. If there are specific plots you need a villainesque character for, or your character is antsy and just wants a fight, please do not hesitate to contact me directly and I'd be glad to work something out! (the "other" is for complicated answers, such as "violence is okay, but please no dismemberment" or "eyeballs squick me out" etc.)

**This will amount to possessive kissing, groping, invasions of personal space, and maybe biting and clawing.
Yuuka has no mind for sexual relations or romance. Even for characters of legal age I do not want to play out anything non-consensual unless the other party is clear on what that entails and CR builds towards it!
Please keep in mind that sexual harassment is unlikely to be an issue with characters who do not at least appear to be young women (16~17) or older, no matter what their given age is. Or vice-versa.
· She lives surrounded by flowers all year round, and if anyone disturbs her, be they youkai or human, she eliminates them with tremendous power no matter what.
· She is usually active in places surrounded by flowers, and seems peaceful at first glance but is merciless towards other creatures.
· She doesn't feel an atom of fear when fighting humans or youkai, and loves rubbing people the wrong way.
· Rather than relying on youkai abilities or magic, she often performs overwhelming physical attacks.
· Luckily, she isn't interested in boring battles, so as long as you don't attack, set up a trap, or set her field of flowers on fire, you should be fine.
· This class of youkai is not interested in the average human, and only pays attention to equally strong youkai or humans with special abilities.

What about extreme violence / fatal wounds? We'd have to talk about in advance. Not least because Ky does have a really powerful castmate she's very close to, and there might well be repercussions from that.

What about physical violence or dueling? yes, she'd probably be able to hold her own for a bit but JRPG character or not, she'd still lose.
What about extreme violence / fatal wounds? only if planned in advance. Also it would probably piss off Akiha.

What about physical violence or dueling? yes, she'd fare better than Gal, I think, but Touhou is nuts as far as I know.
What about extreme violence / fatal wounds? only if planned in advance.
Is killing your character allowed? she's already died in canon, so I might be okay with it, but only under certain circumstances.
Desecrating the body? (Youkai gotta eat, y'know...) if it ever came up, she doesn't actually leave a body behind, just turns into crystal fragment...things...
What about "bad-touching"**? she looks 14, is actually 2. So no.

What about physical violence or dueling? Yes. Reimu will insist staying Danmaku based, but She can do some hand to hand combat.
What about extreme violence / fatal wounds? Talk to me ahead of time. This is a case by case thing
Is killing your character allowed? Again, talk to me, but, I don't know if any Youkai really wants to kill Reimu, knowing on how it may effect them in the long run. Though, Reimu will revive here, so Yuuka may be more willing to kill.
Desecrating the body? (Youkai gotta eat, y'know...) ... this is a bit much... but MAYBE
What about "bad-touching"**? Sure. That would be a perfect way to screw with Reimu.
Next Kanako
Can Yuuka insult/berate/tease your character? Yes. Kanako is a magnet for this
What about physical violence or dueling? Kanako Can't fight, but you can punch her if you want
What about extreme violence / fatal wounds? Talk to me first, but I am more willing with her. Maybe I am a maso to her :p
Is killing your character allowed? Yes.
Desecrating the body? (Youkai gotta eat, y'know...) I won't be THAT mean to Kanako
What about "bad-touching"**? Kanako will enjoy it, so Yuuka may not want to do this to her.
And lastly, Urd:
Can Yuuka insult/berate/tease your character? Yes. Urd will Insult you right back
What about physical violence or dueling? Urd is fine with this.
What about extreme violence / fatal wounds? Yes, Urd can hold her own and is quite powerful, so it may be difficult. it would be an epic battle
Is killing your character allowed? If you can kill her, go a head
Desecrating the body? (Youkai gotta eat, y'know...) Goddess Flesh and blood is poison to Youkai I though. Though she is Half demon, so it might not be AS poisonous

What about physical violence or dueling? All right, but Kariya is extremely ill/frail. She can fight back with her magic, but her power is very limited.

What about extreme violence / fatal wounds? Kuja is very powerful and difficult to damage, but I'm fine with violence.
Is killing your character allowed? Maybe, depending on the circumstances.
Desecrating the body? (Youkai gotta eat, y'know...) No. If Kuja goes, she will go up in flames! Or something dramatic like that.
What about "bad-touching"**? She can try, but Kuja won't be pleased.
